When you order a shipment you will receive an order confirmation document by e-mail with attached label(s).

A label is the address label containing all relevant information of both the sender and receiver as well as a bar code for scanning and tracking of your parcel.
 

In order for your parcel to be ready for pickup you have to attach the address label you received in your e-mail. In case of the shipment including more than one parcel you have to make sure to attach each label to each individual parcel, making sure that the weight marked on the label match the parcel.
