Below you'll find a summary of our insurance terms.

At Pakke.dk there are two insurances: Standard insurance and Extended insurance.

In your pricequote there is always included a standard insurance of kr. 500, which means your shipment is covered, against transportation damages and the loss of the shipment, for a value up to kr. 500. If you wish to insure the shipment for an additional value, you can get an Extended insurance, you can add it to the shipment, when you book the shipment.

There are two conditions to meet before the shipment is insured against transportation damages: Correct packaging and that the shipment does not cotain forbidden, hazardeouz and dangerous goods.
 

Examples of forbidden gods, that can not be insured again transportation damages:

- Electronis (TV, Radio etc.)
- Porcelain (glass, cups, plates, toilets, bath sinks)
- Fragile goods that can not handle transportation shocks

The shimpent is insured against loss of shipment unless it cotains forbidden, hazardeouz and dangerous goods.
